| That's not the case, I think you didnt understand it. I think it's in this way: While battling sasuke, itachi dies because he simply overpowered losing his life when he used that Sasanoo and also another reason, he wanted sasuke to activate mangekyo so he died 
anyways my vote goes for Itachi

| Yawn Naruto sucks, but I will partake in this little thread. Itachi is stronger than Sasuke(Itachi is the ONLY character I liked in the manga). Itachi was ridden with disease, meaning that he couldn't fight at his full strength. He also never wanted to win that fight, it was always his plan to lose, meaning that he didn't necessarily try to win, he only fought to make it believable. Etc, etc.

| Well Sasuke does have the double mangekyou sharing(I forget if its called double or eternal.), but that too is thanks too Itachi, so yeah Itachi hands down owns sasuke. Did you not see how far he took his susanoo level to? He whipped out those ill mystical weapons that RAPED orochimaru. Sasuke doesnt have anything close to that...except for the double mangekyou sharingan o_O.
