The rules are quite simple to follow:
1. The animation should be made by you itself and not by any other people.
2. The animation should be a video and not a Gif
3. You have two options to show your animations i.e. make only one thread of yours (example: (your name)'s Animations) and then post all your works in it. Or you can make individual threads and show them off. I guess that's all the rules but new rules might be added here in the near future so please check this thread before posting anything.
