| i think viz means his hands/feet must twitch a little,
and, you still have the stretching problem, you see, the arms/legs stretches only when he does a move quickly, slow/medium movement arms/legs should have always the same height and dimensions, same with a stick, i like the easing at the beginning but the rest messed it up

| for the bending that's just great!
for the punch, the blur usually comes out when he hits the opponent, with a tiny time stop and an X only blur, but i understand why you made the blur exactly before he hits, but sometimes it's is necessary when he hits his opponent
