| 1st: i open a spirte sheet
2nd: crop the spirite dat i need
3rd:i paste it in a new paint and press crop
4th:i zoom in and use brush with with colour to erase the background
5th and the last: until the back ground is white i keep on doing the same thing

| I can see that you messed up some parts of the sprites like the part of sasuke's hair is out of the canvas
Use MS Paint, its much easier and better to cut the sprites

Also, why the hell are you using the brush to colour over the BG? Just use the fill tool.
