Because it's incomplete.

I used 3rd Strike sprites. And I animated the hadouken the same as it would appear in-game.

It's not stolen. The sprite pack only contained the sprites up until that point(So obviously the ripper had ripped so entire animation at once rather seperating the effects, etc). Which is why I was going to use a different effect over the top. I just never got around to it.

Also, I made that back when I used to animate using movie-clips rather than frame-by-frame. Hence why it loops.

Also, if you're going to accuse me, at least learn to spell and have some solid evidence.
